    Hyper/Hypothermia System application area:

    After open heart surgery, patients often experience poor circulation of the four glues due to shallow hypothermia cardiopulmonary bypass, intraoperative exposure, and the disease itself. The peripheral temperature is significantly lower than the central temperature, and the body temperature is too low, which can easily lead to ventricular fibrillation and stubborn acidosis. Patients with fast recovery of consciousness should also warm up quickly to avoid shivering and hypoxia. Therefore, timely and effective rewarming is crucial. Studies have shown that effective surface lifting after cardiac surgery can significantly reduce the use of vasodilators, reduce the impairment of suspected blood function after cardiac arrest surgery, improve diastolic function, and reduce postoperative bleeding;

    Nursing interventions aimed at rewarming patients with hypothermia after general anesthesia surgery. Research has shown that 64 patients with postoperative hypothermia under general anesthesia were randomly divided into a nursing intervention group and a control group, with 32 patients in each group. The nursing intervention group used a warming blanket (warming blanket) and input of warming crystal solution to actively warm up on the basis of natural rewarming, while the control group received routine natural rewarming. The patient's body temperature recovery rate, recovery time, postoperative incision infection rate, and hospital stay were observed and compared. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the rewarming speed, awakening time, postoperative incision infection rate, and average hospitalization time between the nursing intervention group and the control group. The conclusion is that nursing intervention can accelerate the rewarming of patients after general anesthesia, shorten the time required for awakening, and reduce incision infection rate, which has a positive impact.
